Why it feels different
An overhead press on a fixed arc asks the shoulder to rotate on the machine’s terms. The GEC-003 uses the same patented dual-linkage system as the chest presses: the handles start wide of the shoulders and converge as they rise, allowing the shoulder to follow a more natural path.
The back pad sits upright without locking the ribcage flat, which keeps the load on the delt instead of forcing a lean. The handles are designed to provide overhead clearance through the full stroke.

Conventional plate-loaded machines move on one arc. The body does not.
The dual-linkage system joins a second lever to each arm through a second pivot and a rigid link, so the handle path is wider at the bottom and converges at the top. Plates hang directly off the linkage — no cam, no cable.
